Seacoast Therapy is important to me. After working in settings that felt very unsustainable, I wanted to create a space where clinicians and clients could feel at home- supported and valuable. Since then, we have been very lucky to attain an amazing and talented team of therapists, using evidence based modalities that REALLY WORK. We can talk all day about Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, IFS, ERP, which our clinicians are all trained in. But what really matters in therapy (AKA the biggest predictor of positive outcomes), is the therapeutic alliance. We want you to feel at home here, like you have found a team. We want you to learn to feel confident in being your authentic self.
Our team is just that- a team. We all have different perspectives, training, and life experiences that we can use to support our clients. We genuinely care about offering treatment that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Our clinicians stay current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches, bringing both expertise and compassion to every session. We’re trained in leading modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), among others. Each approach is integrated thoughtfully to meet the unique needs of every client — helping them gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change. Our providers are committed to ensuring that every client receives the best possible care through effective therapy.
We provide individual and couples therapy sessions that incorporate a diverse range of treatment modalities. Each session typically lasts around 50 minutes, ensuring you receive the support you need from our experienced providers, including specialized therapy for trauma, addiction, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, and more.
