Allison founded Seacoast Therapy in 2022 with the vision of creating a practice where both clients and clinicians can thrive. She aimed to build a space that values balance, compassion, and authenticity for everyone involved in the mental health services provided. Allison is passionate about helping clients uncover their true selves and move past the obstacles that hold them back, whether these challenges are rooted in trauma, mental health issues, or life transitions. She particularly enjoys using EMDR therapy in her individual therapy sessions and has witnessed the deep, lasting impact it can have on healing and growth.

Rachel enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, young adults, and their families. She provides mental health services through a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and person-centered approach that meets each client where they are. Rachel often utilizes EMDR therapy in her individual therapy sessions, helping youth navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, self-harm, and ADHD. She is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where clients and families feel understood and empowered to heal. Rachel welcomes parents, teens, and young adults to reach out and explore if she may be the right fit for their needs.

Katherine works with clients to navigate the complex layers of trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. Her approach combines trauma-informed therapy with specialized techniques such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, along with EMDR therapy and somatic modalities for trauma.
In individual therapy sessions with Katherine, the process is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each client’s unique pace, values, and goals, ensuring effective mental health services.

Angela works with adults (18+) and utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s goals, values, and preferences. Among the approaches she enjoys incorporating into her individual therapy sessions are EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all within a client-centered and collaborative framework.
With experience and training in mental health services, Angela supports clients through trauma, grief, spirituality, and religious deconstruction and exploration. She is also committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients, allowing them to explore their identities and experiences with authenticity and care.
