About Us

Our team

Allison Tuttle, LICSW

Allison is the practice owner and also sees clients.  She enjoys working with adults with a history of trauma, OCD, depression, and anxiety.  She uses several modalities, including CBT and EMDR.  She uses a person centered approach to treatment.

Rachel Kilgore, LICSW

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, including children, teens, young adults and their families. I offer a trauma-informed, gender affirming, person-centered approach for each client. I often treat youth who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, self-harm and ADHD. If you are a parent of a child who is struggling, a teenager or young adult needing support, please feel free to reach out and inquire if we would be a good fit. I would be honored to work with you.

Katherine Ferullo, MSW

I enjoy working with people to navigate the complex layers of trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.

My approach blends trauma-informed care with specialized techniques like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and somatic or EMDR-based modalities for trauma. Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to you, your pace, your values, and your goals.

Angela Dow, MSW

I work with adults 18+ and draw from a variety of modalities depending on each individuals goals, values, and preferences. Some modalities I enjoy and may incorporate into session include EMDR and IFS, but my priority is to always take a client-centered approach. Some areas of experience and training include trauma, grief, spirituality, religious deconstruction and exploration, and providing an affirming therapy space for LGBTQIA+ folks.

Grace Lindsay, MSW

In my practice, I primarily draw from EMDR and DBT within a client-centered approach that honors your individuality. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Whether you are looking to strengthen relationships, overcome obstacles, or navigate life’s challenges, I am here to help you work toward your goals.

Jenna Corriveau, MSW

I work with families and their children, aged 2-12, to help them understand the stressors that affect their daily lives.  I am a Certified Synergistic Play Therapist and Jai Parent Coach.  My therapeutic work is informed by interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system regulation, physics, attachment, mindfulness and authenticity.
